The Impress VPT is our online flat planning, booking-in and proofing system, and is a revolutionary online facility that allows planners, sales teams, editorial staff and all key personnel to access the files submitted and created for their publication, and view them as a ‘flat plan’ ready for their approval or amendment.

An entire project can be viewed on screen "real-time", whether using a Mac or PC, and it can be seen by status, page-by-page or as printers sheet.

Comments can be added to each page, even if they are viewed as a spread, which can be reviewed at any time to see what has happened at every stage of the project. It is also possible to generate an email, to keep everyone in the loop, every time you or Impress Repro carries out a status change.

Pages can be opened as previews without the need for Acrobat, making it easier for quick checks, and non-Acrobat users.
